The round table offers an opportunity to explore the future prospects of the food canning industry and to deepen topics that make the functions of the Experimental Station for the Food Preserving Industry (SSICA) crucial in this rapidly evolving sector. 
 
The food canning industry is experiencing a phase of rapid transformation, characterized by new challenges and opportunities related to sustainability, technological innovation, and changes in consumer and environmental behaviors. 
In this context, SSICA is called upon to play a fundamental role in guaranteeing the quality, safety and sustainability of preserved products. 
 
The managers who coordinate the specialist areas of SSICA will take part in the round table to share knowledge, experiences and perspectives, as well as answer doubts and questions relating to the topics covered.
