Our latest product, Shelfy (vitesy.com/shelfy) is a revolutionary device that uses the power of photocatalytic air purification to dramatically increase the Shelf Life of Fresh Food stored in refrigerators. It has 2 main effects:

1) Reduce the concentration of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), especially of Ethylene, a gas which is emitted by Fresh Foods as they ripen. Without Shelfy, Ethylene concentration in the refrigerator can rise to a very high level, accelerating food spoilage.

2) Reduce the bacterial load and odors, further improving food preservation conditions.

The massive improvement in terms of Fresh Food Shelf Life ensures significant economic savings and makes a plant-based diet easier to manage. Its compact size makes it suitable for any refrigerator, and the App helps keep track of battery and fridge status.

Our advanced photocatalytic technology is sustainable since it uses a washable filter with nanomaterials coating, and safe for the user since it employs visible LEDs and not UV ones. Additionally, SHELFY is Made in Italy with sustainable production practices (such as glue-less assembly).

• PRODUCT MATURITY: The product is fully developed, and we will complete the 1st mass production in Q4 2023.
