BIORSAF srl innovativa has developed a service platform, BS-FOOD, aimed at the digitalization of food safety management processes, through a system made up of app and web app. Through the web app (back office), used by the quality manager/external consultant, it is possible to draw up and review manuals, procedures and recording systems, carry out audit check lists and internal audits. Through the app, used by the company food safety manager, it is always possible to view the manual and receive alerts on the checks to be carried out and then record and archive them in real time and digitally. Furthermore, it is possible to create infinite users and dedicated profiles based on responsibilities so as to develop both a vertical and horizontal hierarchical system, while introducing a more efficient organizational model in terms of analysis, planning, communication, monitoring and control. Expertise is introduced into the system in terms of operational models and action plans by consultants who increase the system's knowledge base. This knowledge will also be useful to train an artificial intelligence software module capable of supporting both the consultant in drawing up correct self-control plans quickly and completely, and the manager, in suggesting improvements, predicting and recovering any cases of non-compliance. It is also possible through the Internet of Things to integrate environmental sensors for greater automation and traceability of the supply chain, also thanks to the use of blockchain via a specific software module for connection to Ethereum. The system BS-FOOD by Biorsaf, in addition to increasing efficiency, productivity and safety, reduces the environmental impact by totally eliminating the use of paper and related accessories for a complete digitalization of the risk management process.
